 Dan Schneider, Au.D. Doctor of Audiology Dr. Schneider has over 20 years experience working with patients with auditory and vestibular disorders. He is an adjunct clinical instructor at the University of Buffalo and has authored book chapters on educational amplification and auditory processing. He frequently lectures on auditory and vestibular diagnosis and treatment both locally and nationally. Dr. Schneider completed his Master's Degree at the University of Buffalo and his doctoral studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Schneider is also contributing author and consultant to the Magic Penny Reading program.
 Jennifer Schneider, M.A. Licensed Audiologist Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from St. Bonaventure University and was Valedictorian in the School of Mass Communication. She received the Robert Jandoli Scholarship and the prestigious Merit Award for academic excellence. Jennifer completed three years of graduate study in audiology at the University of Buffalo. Her residency was completed under audiologist, Dr. Daniel Schneider, her father. She has specialized in diagnostic audiologic evaluation, hearing aid fittings, and the diagnosis and treatment of central auditory processing disorders in children. She is a contributing author of the Magic Penny Reading program.
 Jerri Kaplan Joyce, M.A. Licensed Audiologist Jerri is a previous director of two different speech and hearing clinics. She specializes in diagnostic testing of hearing in children and adults. She also is a specialist in electrophysiological tests of hearing and balance. She is an expert in binocular infrared video ENG and rotary chair evaluation. She uses binocular infrared ENG in the assessment and treatment of BPPV.
Sandy Schneider, M.S. Literacy Specialist Sandy previously worked as an Elementary Education Teacher and a Literacy Specialist. She has been the director of our very ambitious and highly successful Summer Literacy Institute since its inception in 2001. She has been named West Seneca Teacher of the Year; she is listed in Who's Who Among America's Teachers; she was named Most Influential Teacher (Buffalo Seminary-1998); she is a Disney National Teacher Award Nominee and a James Patterson Page Turner Award Nominee. She wrote Bamboozle: A Book for Children in 1980. She is the principal author of the Magic Penny Reading program. She developed the web site www.MagicPennyReading.com. She has just published her first chapter book in the Magic Penny Easy Reader SeriesTM , The Adventures of Peanut Butter and Jelly, and a companion skillbook, Magic Penny Reading Secrets: Book 2.
Andrew Czerniak, B.S. Practice Administrator Andy graduated from the State University College at Cortland, New York and shortly there after joined People Inc. where he was a professional staff trainer. He has been our Practice Administrator since 2001. Andy is also a Licensed Whitewater Raft Guide. As an Emergency Rescue Boater, he has performed numerous emergency rescues in dangerous conditions.
Matthew Schneider Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser Matthew joined his father Dan at Genesee Hearing Services in 1998. He became a New York State Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser in 2000. In addition to assisting with all aspects of patient care, Matt is also the director of the Hearing Aid Repair Lab and the Ear Mold Lab at Genesee Hearing Services. Matt is also our in-house computer expert.
William Coyle, B.A. Office Manager Bill graduated from Syracuse University with a major in "Producing for the Electronic Media" and a minor in Political Science. He has held various positions including Customer Relations Associate at Client Logic, Ski Technician at the Kissing Bridge Ski Resort, and News Director/Air Personality at a local radio station where Bill produced and hosted his own weekly talk show. Bill joined us at Genesee Hearing Services in 2002 as our office manager.
